Dr. Gangavarapu Srinivasa Rao

Dr. GSR started in pharma EHS in 1993: Environmental Chemist at NATCO Pharma, then Environmental Officer at DIVIS Laboratories. He spent the following decade building his expertise at progressively larger facilities, eventually joining Mylan where he rose from General Manager through Senior General Manager to Associate Vice President. When Mylan merged with Upjohn to form Viatris, he stayed as AVP before becoming Head of EHS at Matrix Pharma Corp.

Every TSPCB and APPCB inspection, every MoEFCC clearance, every third-party audit, every enforcement risk across those 30 years: managed from the inside. That's the experience this practice is built on.

Alongside that career, Dr. GSR earned an MTech in Environmental Management (1st Division), a PGDEL from the National Law School of India University (Grade A), a Diploma in Industrial Safety, and a PhD in Environmental Science and Technology. He is, as far as we know, the only independent EHS consultant in Telangana with both a doctorate and a law qualification from NLSIU.
